STAR MARINE ACTIVE INGREDIENT
RED ALGAE & SEA WATER COMPLEX
This marine complex is at the heart of all the products in the OCEAN HYDRA range. It repairs the skin's barrier, one of the main purposes of which is to retain water. Kappaphycus alvarezii Red Algae, from the lagoons of the Sulu archipelago in north-east Borneo, is rich in carrageenans. Seawater is naturally rich in minerals: sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Thanks to these ingredients, Red Seaweed & Seawater Complex acts like a cellular cement, restoring the skin's barrier and protecting it from dehydration. It also helps regulate the homeostasis of the skin barrier, reinforcing intercellular water exchanges and stimulating cell defences.
